The Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Inc.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable and educational purposes. The specific purpose of the Foundation is to financially assist individuals and organizations with demonstrated financial need and to aid and support the quality of life of the disadvantaged in the community. The assistance will be by charitable and educational means to include but not limited to the following: cultural, arts, family, health, education, economics, civic engagement, and environmental programming to facilitate the Foundation’s stated purpose.
