Greetings and Happy New Year!

As we step into 2025, I am filled with gratitude and excitement for all that lies ahead. I am proud to serve as the leader of this iconic chapter. We look forward to upholding the values that make Mu Epsilon Omega a truly special place. I look forward to strengthening our sisterhood and expanding our service imprint at the local, state, and national level. Mu Epsilon Omega is honored and ready to serve as co-hosts of our Sorority’s Annual Leadership Seminar in Anaheim, California July 10-13, 2025. Our focus will be expanding our service initiatives to address pressing needs in our community. Please keep on the lookout for our programs, events and other impactful information.

Chartered on June 4, 1978, Mu Epsilon Omega Chapter is in the Fascinating Far Western Region and is the first and only graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha in Orange County, California. Presently, we are comprised of 109 high-achieving, college-educated women who are corporate professionals, successful entrepreneurs, and seasoned retirees. Even more, our award-winning chapter is dedicated to sisterhood while providing service to the Orange County area and the surrounding communities for over 45 years.

Under International President and CEO, Danette Anthony-Reed, our Sorority’s 2022-2026 program theme is "Soaring to Greater Heights of Service & Sisterhood". Specifically, the Foundation Initiative, Strengthen Our Sisterhood is designed to enrich the social, economic, and educational well-being of local, national, and international communities.

The International Program includes six initiatives:
  Single Pearl Strengthen Our Sisterhood
  Single Pearl Empower Our Families
Single Pearl Build Our Economic Wealth
  Single Pearl Enhance Our Environment
Single Pearl Advocate for Social Justice
Single Pearl Uplift Our Local Community

With this in mind, if you are a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha in search of a chapter home, please consider visiting Mu Epsilon Omega Chapter. Currently, our chapter meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month, except in the months of July and August.

In the event you need additional information, please bookmark our website, and return often for updates regarding public events, activities, and announcements related to our international initiatives. We look forward to seeing you soon.
